Infineon Technologies Batam Vacancy


PT. Infineon Technologies Batam,  is  a semiconductor company (IC Assembly and Test) located in Batam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for dynamic fresh graduates and experienced persons to be assigned as : Technicians.

The experienced persons will be assigned  for the following areas :

          FOL  : familiar with process and/or equipment at Wafer Saw, Die Attach, or Wire Bond (Au or Al) areas (code FOL-Sby)

          EOL : familiar with process and/or equipment at Molding, Plating, Marking, or Trim/Form areas – (code EOL-Sby)

          Final Test :  strong Electronics background and familiar with programming language (such as C, Visual Basic). Having experience  in Test equipments : Teradyne and/or Synchro will be an advantage – (code TEST-Sby)

          QM   : experience in daily analysis such as RPC, Physical Analysis, NDT (code

QM-Sby)

 

General requirements (for fresh graduates) :

          D3/Polytechnic graduates in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.

          GPA > 2.70

          Good communication skill in English : verbal and written

          Able to work under pressure, quick learner and team player
